We'll start the tour at corner of Church & Cumberland Streets and end at the intersection of Broad and Meeting Streets.
The tour should take about an hour, more if you decide to stop inside any of the museums (which we recommend that you do!)

Civil War History of Charleston

The first shots of the Civil War rang out right here in Charleston. Learn what conflicts prompted the war, what side fired the first shots, and what the aftermath and consequences were of what they called the “War of Between the States” all while strolling the streets and the battery of Charleston.
